1) Spring Clean Up

General cleanup/removal of winter debris from gardens, lawns, and
parking areas, including trash and leaves. Preliminary edging of garden beds in preparation for mulch. ? Pruning and weeding any incidental unwanted growth.
Check for winter damage and advise on possible correction.

2) Mulching

Clean out any previous edging debris and/or compacted mulch. Some old mulch may be removed to improve water flow. New hardwood shredded mulch will be applied approximately 2-3” thick, but clear of any plant bark or other wooden surfaces.

3) Mowing

All grass areas will be mowed weekly throughout the growing season, as
necessary, to result in a healthy height. Whenever possible no
more than 1/3 of the grass height will be cut at any one time. Sidewalks and curbs will be power-edged for clean neat appearance at least with every other mowing. General grass trimming will be done with each mowing service. Any new minor debris will be removed and all areas will be clear of grass clippings.

4) Tree & Shrub Care

Low lying shrubs will be sheared or pruned as necessary concurrent with
their growth patterns and habits: Generally Spring and early Fall, or after
flowers bloom.
Tree limbs less than 10 feet high may be pruned where necessary to
improve passage.

5) Other Services
